ChristineM recently made a cotton prosthesis for a lady with, I am sure she said, an E cup. The lady was more than happy with the comfort of hers.
Christine actually crochets them and she does a marvellous job. As she leaves the prosthesis open with a thread hanging you can add more filling or remove it as you need to for a perfect fit. Mine had a nipple but more often than not my other wasn't standing to attention so Christine told me how to turn the crocheted one inside out and pull the nipple in. I can always change it back if needs be - got the best of both worlds there !
They are certainly worth a try and if you find them unsuitable you can pass them on to someone else.
