Glad to hear you're home. Hope your sleep has comfortable. I found it was lovely to be home but rather daunting as well. So be kind to yourself and don't try to do to much at first. Some gentle walking up and down for about 10 minutes and your exercises for your shoulders is quite enough. May I ask what type of reconstruction you had? Mine was DIEP/TRAM. It was supposed to be both DIEP but they couldn't get a good enough blood vessel on the right side so they did a free TRAM there. I'm now just over 13 weeks out and I feel fine. My tummy is still quite tight and a bit sore but I am really happy with my new breasts. I hope you are doing well.
