Hi there. I bet you are feeling numb and terrified at the same time, I know I was. JoanneD's advice was spot on. I'd also like to add...be kind to yourself. You will have bad days, we all do, but you are not alone. Don't give yourself a hard time or expect to be on top of the situation all of the time, you won't be. Find a good listener, this site is good for that, and vent.Good Luck and keep us posted with your progress.
