My imagination?

I have finished 4 rounds of fec & have had 2 rounds of docetaxel - not sure if its my imagination & wishful thinking but I think my hair is starting to come back!!! I thought that wouldn't happen until all chemo was completed!! I still have 2 more doses of docetaxel & then I'm done with chemo!!!! Has anyone out there had their hair start growing back during docetaxel? Or perhaps I'm dreaming!

    Hey girls

    Definitely sounds like it is happening.  What a wonderful feeling when your hair grows back.  You need to learn to be patient as it will be a slow process but at least it is growing back.

    I personally bought hair and nail supplements to just help things along a little and to give them a helping hand after chemo.  I don't have long thick locks but then I never did have anyway. As a kid I had the most scraggliest dead straight hair but it did improve a little as I got older thank god...........

    It is always interesting to see what colour it comes back and if you have any curls.

    I hope it is growing and I hope you are happy :-)

    Hi Andir, I too have had 2 rounds of docetaxel & I think my hair is growing too :) have note mentioned it to anyone though but like you hope I am not dreaming or being delusional, just hope so Take care Carolyn
