My Fears
Things have been a real roller coaster since I was diagnosed with early breast Cancer 2 tiny dots in left Breast ( nothing to worry about) I kept getting told. A lumpectomy, a couple of Sentinal node...
It is a scary time, I fully understand how you are feeling. I finished chemo early March but I can vividly remember the day when I was told I was having chemo and I completely lost it, nurses ran from everywhere with tissues.I had a lumpectomy with clear margins and the sentinel node was negative so i had assumed no chemo, but I do have a tragic family history and hence the chemo to 'mop up' as they put it. In the end it wasn't as bad as I had expected, mind you, it's a hard slog at times but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I am currently back at work and loving life in general. You don't have to be brave, there were days when I got onto this webiste and I was pretty negative, and that's ok because that's what I was feeling at that time. Hope everything goes well for you, big hugs,
Hazel xx
