Your diagnosis sounds alot like mine....in that I was told DCIS of approx 3mm....which after countless tests, biopsies etc turned out to be 38mm invasive cancer within a 50mm DCIS.
I well understand your feelings & fears but you will get past this all & will even sail through chemo etc! I finished chemo at the start of this year & feel great despite mastectomy & currently on Tamoxifen for another 4+ years.
You will find this forum invaluable as everyone is in the same boat...feeling the same way.....experiencing similar thoughts! Just take each day one day at a time & be kind to yourself.
