My favourite is one a naturopath gave me years ago. Carrot, apple beetroot and ginger. I use about 2 apples, one baby beetroot and the leaves and stalks. 4-6 carrots and a bit of ginger. If you have a cold pressed juicer you can store in the fridge as enzymes not destroyed. If it's centrifugal you need to drink straight away so just make less more often.
I am also into green juices now.
My fav is
2 green apples
2 continental cucumbers
2 or 3 stalks of kale
Either baby spinach leaves or baby cos lettuce just a bunch
A bit of ginger
This makes heaps so adjust amounts if you want less.
If you are not used to ginger and beetroot just use tiny bits to start with.
I love my green juice, but not for everyone. You can put whatever you like in.
I did have a book called raw juice can save your life, but it had lots of fruit in the juices which are lovely but I think the vege juices better for you.
