Yes our boys are wonderful. I'm teaching my son to cook too. He's 23. It will be good for them to learn. My daughter (25) and husband cook sometimes too. So I don't think I'll ever go back to it. Haha.
I hope your port settles down soon Cas and you can get on with things. I've gone all the way through since Frebruary without a port but am still having Herceptin three weekly until the end of May. The last one I had, the nurse had three goes to get the cannula into a vein. She said my veins are becoming hard to find and I might need to think about a port. I'm 'willing' my veins to keep working as, at this late stage, I don't want another procedure. Actually, I wonder how being on blood thinners will effect that?
Anyway, enjoy the roast chicken and veggies, sounds yummy.
