Sadly my experience with the local breast care nurse was tragic.
She never contacted me, I contacted her when I couldn't find a suitable bra. I then received the my care kit and the berlei bra.
I have not had any contact with her since.
I too have put a complaint into the organisation of this service, I gave my name, phone number and email, to date I have not had any feedback from them.
I think it is unfortunate that many ladies on this site, and those that I have spoken to locally have also had a bad experience with their breast care nurse. This service is so important to all diagnosed with breast cancer.
