I too have a tissue expander but so far so good - yes - it sits high but as it get filled - it's lower down that expands. I'm still uneven - probably a C vs a D (my remaining boob) - i started back wearing my normal underwire bras last week - some are more comfy than others.
Day to day I don't care much what people think - if they want to look that's their business not mine. Luckily I live in Melbourne - I am and have been for some time - a fan of the scarf and it's been worn on warmer days than I would normally but hey - with a light cotton scarf casually slung over the shoulders - one with a ruffle is great and lots of length - it's actually a really contemporary look.
