Some great ideas above. For me it was a few things that helped. 1 exercise physiologist ( she gave me exercises I could do from home or while we are caravanning) 2. Walking, I have always walked at least 5 days a week but couldn't through all the treatment but I'm back in full swing now, finished active treatment June 2016. And the one I love number 3. Yoga. Great for body and mind.
It takes time and effort but I feel great now. Still do a meditation/rest most days. And yes sometimes have "off" days.
