Thanks fantastic, lets hope the government feel the importance to this. If it would help my support group for Young Women (under the age of 50) Would love to be involved somehow. We are situated all over Australia and there are over 80 of us in it & we really want to improve things for younger people diagnosed with breast cancer. As you have said mammograms and ultrasounds are not reliable for younger women because of our differences in our breasts at that age & for this reason my breast cancer was missed. & now that I have an implant in I cant have that side mammogramed but I can still develop breast cancer in it the only way this can be tested is in a MRI at my own cost but not usually recommended as the government dont reconise it as a test for breast cancer.
