well that's it now for AC thank goodness! I discussed the injection with him & the side effects I had, and the reasoning for my levels being low before, so we decided that I won't have it anymore as the side effects were a bit scary (swelling either side of my tongue, like a feeling of tonsillitis).
We also discussed the reasoning for changing me from dose dense Paclitaxel to every week for 12 weeks - and have decided to try the original plan of 2 weekly for 4 times, particularly due to the fact that i am no working and really have tolerated the AC quite well really, and found ways to manage the side effects well.
so now, I will start Paclitaxel on 14th September - i also have a physio appointment just before it on the same day.
The dose dense Paclitaxel takes 3.5-4 hours to infuse rather than the 1 hour when it's weekly, but at least there's a break in between and it'll be over with a month earlier!
