Mouth ulcers

Had CT and Bone Scans in Feb, found 5 mets in Liver and 7 new ones in Bones. Have now been taken off Arimidex. Now on Exemestane an Everolimus combo. Was fine upto day 14ish, then the Mouth Ulcers started, followed by sore tongue and gums. Reminds me of chewing Stinging Nettles.  (not that I ever had).

Any suggestions out there for these ulcers?

    thank yoy,i am using Bi Carb now, ulcers are getting better. Didn't know about the whiter teeth. good info to have ..

    Baking soda is great. Whole time I was on abraxene for my bone and liver mets didn't get mouth ulcers. You'll need to get something to treat your existing ulcers but gargle a few teaspoons mixed in water a few ties a day and it will stop the pesky buggers from moving into your mouth. Your teeth will also get a little more whitened!! Sue, Elwood

    I was thinking the same these ulcers lol I got one but thanks marg I shall visit chemist aswell I also wash my mouth with salt water
