So sorry to hear about your rough trot. I can't offer any information as I haven't had a mastectomy but just want to let you know that I feel your pain. Having young children is also difficult for you to cope with in conjunction with this. Little ones always want Mummy. I'm sure the doctors will soon work out what is happening. If not is it possible for you to get another opinion? Sorry to add more to your woes because it seems that distance is sure a big problem for you and this would most likely also mean you are limited with medical resources. Hopely someone else online may have had similar problems and can offer you some adice. Take care. XLeonie
