Sorry to hear of your bad news, cry if you want to cry, scream if you want to scream and say WHY ME if you want to, we have all been there. I cry often and I ask why me often. My best advice to you is take one day at a time, dont get ahead of yourself deal with tomorrow when it comes. I wish you all the very best for your coming treatments. Try and enjoy Christmas with your family and friends and remember we are all here for you if you want to vent.
