I am so sorry to hear that you are having such a difficult time. I think I read your post at the same fast rate you typed it. You sounded just like me ! Once all this is over you will probably re-read your post and laugh so much you will cry.
Yes, the system does stink at times and you would think they'd manage to employ staff with some brains and understanding, wouldn't you ? It is incredible that they can rush one through like that without at least giving you a few hours to take note of the issues and plans.
Good luck for the 7th - we will all have you in our minds and will wait for your next posting. Praying that the staff at that visit are caring.
Keep smiling and concentrate on the fact that it will be gone for Xmas.
