More surgery

Hi pink ladies

So sorry I havent been here for a while. I have been prepping for this for 6 weeks. Work, Child, house, and my emotions for this surgery. I had another mastectomy and reconstruction this morning and I cant beleive it doesnt really hurt that much. Could be the drugs!

On a sadder note, my daughter (4yo) came down with a temp yesterday and is still sick. It absolutely broke my heart leaving her at 6.30 this morning to her sobbing saying dont leave...I need you!!! Her dad is also really sick and couldnt have her so my poor ole mum is having to deal with it all. The first thing I did when I woke in recovery was to call my girl.

I can see a faint light at the end of my tunnel. I should only have 1 more surgery left to go and the construction of aeola (sp?) and the tatoooing of my nipples!

ON a happier note....wont be long before I am wearing strapless tops and dresses....woo hoo.

    Hi girls,

    Thanks for your messages.

    I am blogging because I can not sleep!!!!! I slept the day away on Monday (the day of my surgery) but since then I am struggling to sleep. I have had 2 sleeping tablets so far and am now wide awake yet again!!! GRRRRRRRRR

    Glad to hear that surgery went well and you aren't in too much pain.

     Sorry to hear that your little angel isn't well. At least your mum is there for her.

    Those stapless dresses will look absolutely fabulous on you.... honey.

    Hi Tania, you poor thing having to leave your little girl this morning. That must have been so difficult. As if things weren't tough enough. I am so glad to hear your surgery is over for now and you are not in too much pain - keep taking those drugs and hopefully in no time you will be in a pretty strapless dress dancing with your little girl. You both so deserve it!
