Monday is the Day

Have not been onto the website for a while. Monday is the big day (next week that is). Getting a little nervous. But what can I do. I just would like to get the whole thing over and done with. But all in good time! Make the most of having two perfectly good looking breasts while I have them I suppose. Even if they are a little worse for wear after breastfeeding three children.

Hey I thought that breastfeeding was supposed to reduce the risk of breast cancer. Well that didn't work did it!!

I suppose I will have some more time for blogging in my recovery weeks off work. Next blog post op. EEKKK!!

    Hi Jillian, I found the mattress very hot because they are covered in plastic and being restricted in terms of sleeping position it sometimes made sleeping difficult and uncomfortable. My mum bought me in a small sheep skin to put under the sheet ( so it didn't slip around), and it improved my sleep enormously. Thinking of you Monday L:)

    Thanks again for your words of wisdom. Actually that is not a bad idea. I was thinking of photos too. I'll have a think about that one.

    I had a body cast done of my breasts and torso region to have a creative reminder of my breasts. It was a bit last minute but it took a while for me to realise I needed to have a memory of some kind.....hubby suggested photos would do! He took the day off the day before surgery and we had it done then, it was a great way to spend the day as it felt a really weird time. Anyway, that worked for me, Take care Louie
