I'm Stage IIIC and am 19 treatments into my 30 sessions of radiation. The day after I finish my 30th session I am going for a CT Scan. Nothing unusual there I'm thinking as he hands over the referral...
Oh @PatsyN, what an absolutely awful thing to have to speculate about your health. Where your oncologist is likely trying to spare you unecessary angst until all is known, reading words like 'metastatic workup' in your paperwork is utterly anxiety provoking. If it were me I'd be asking my onco for an explanation in plain language, so you know what's going on. Thinking of you xxx
