I am sorry to hear about your mum. I have lung mets but not in the liver. I would seek medical advice for your questions. Perhaps you can search for a group for advanced BC in your area too.
I too eat loads of fruit and vegetables and juices to help keep me vital and my energy good. Light exercise like a walk around the block or even just to the mailbox might help too.
