Melatonin

Yes I have. I started taking it during chemo after local doc prescribed tempazapan. I hated the hangover feeling of that. Oncologist said it was fine to take. I have just ordered another bottle. I can take this, get a "fairly" good nights sleep (as long as all other conditions are right) and not have any hangover. I get it online. My son and hubby who are bad sleepers have also tried it. My son says it helps. Anything is worth a try I reckon, there is nothing worse than sleep deprivation! Good luck. Lisa xx
