Meds before Chemo
Hi all you wonderful women! Just wondering why I have not been given any meds to take the night before chemo? I am triple negative and starting on 4 x AC every 2 weeks and then 4 x taxol every 2 week...

No icy poles here either! Damn... I did cheese & bikkies, lemonade, chocolate & sandwiches
on AC I found the lemonade helped, as did lemon slices in my water bottle. I got the Dex for 2 days following treatment, but nothing prior other than the tablet they give you an hour before.
On paclitaxel I get an injection of an anti nausea stuff, then a bag of phenergan & a bag of Dex. I sleep through most of my infusions, which is good as they're nearly 4 hours all up with the 2 smaller bags (phenergan & dexmethasone) flushing lines, etc & the 3 hours for the paclitaxel.
ive never had the itchy bum thing though.
