Visited the plastic surgeon on Monday. He said ai could keep the nipples if I want to keep my current size and slight droopiness (3 kids). If I want smaller and perkier he recommended sacrificing the nipples and getting reconstructed ones in the exact right place. I've chosen to sacrifice them for perkier :-) Surgery is on the 28th Sept. Jenn
