PS: I am currently a 38C and the PS said that while I could keep my nipples they may end up not in the perfect place due to where they currently are. He recommended doing nipple recon since I would be very unlikely to retain nipple sensation anyway and they will be just for show...
I have spoken on the phone with one of his previous patients and she is very happy with her entire experience and result. His photos show women that you would never guess had such major surgery and recon. The other patient I spoke with confirmed to me that what he showed her as examples is what she got :-)
