Mastectomy operation completed
Hi everyone, well I've had my 2nd operation for mastectomy this time on 14/6 as the removal of lymp nodes and the lumpectomy done on 31/5 was not a success. I got out of hospital over the weeken...
The exercises are hard...but keep persisting at it. Scar tissue forms when healing so if we don't stretch...well it forms in the arm down position and teally restricts movement . Once scars healed up and given okay I found the hydro pool fantastic to do my stretches in and regained strength really quickly.
