I have the same question as you. I actually was given 2 massage vouchers from girlfriends when I had my mastectomy but haven't booked them yet for the same reasons you mention. One runs out next month so I need to get it booked in I guess. My surgery was less than 3 months ago (mastectomy only, no recon as yet) and I still have soreness under my arm where they took my sentinal nodes, and on my chest. So I am also a bit nervous about how the pain will affect the massage...I want to be able to enjoy it afterall!
I look forward to someone replying who has had a massage after a mastectomy....
