Hi sue.
I first had a lumpectomy and like you had to have a mastecomy. The mastecomy was very easy to cope with which surprised me :-) I then had chemo and finished 2 weeks ago today. I start rads on 14th April then onto medication for the next 10 years.
I wanted to throw everything I had at my tumour and that's exactly what I'm doing.
Ill do my recon later down the track as I'm concentrating of getting through this first.
Today I feel good. Getting stronger each day and will only get better once rads is finished.
