As some of you know, over the last 12 months, and also prior to BC, I have put up with some pretty relentless hot flushe...

This is good to share Robyn, I didn't noticed much from hot flush which annoying on me, but just mood being upsetting from the Tamoxifen. However, day by day (from 30/9) I have noticed wake up in the midnight.... I checked my phone in the midnight numbers of times, my friends overseas could read me online, and kept hi to me in my "mid-night". I just keep waking up, I thought too much wee wee in the night... maybe the kidney problem (but actally not a needing to go, but just a sense to go), hot flush not staying long most of the time, but come in a sudden, and gone. I am very very resist of further tableting myself, like the EFXOR, I readlly dont want to start with (too much chemical in my body)... I'll do all natural way and try to let my body accept and work with it smoothly.
I'll keep yours in my pocket, if I can't bare it, I'll consult my GP and try on it.
