Lymphoedema
I saw noticed a photo on Instagram today of a woman at risk of lymphoedema who had interesting taping done. I'm just wondering if it is used here in Australia.
My previous physio did this (alongside the massages etc) and it helped a bit - it is to try and channel the fluid more effectively apparently - it was particularly helpful on my hand. Am currently doing bandaging / massages / laser treatment regularly with my new physio (she took over when the other one moved away) and have a new set of compression garments to try and keep things under control - all of which is costing me a fortune :(
