Lymphoedema side of body

Hello to all the lovely ladies out there, just wondering if anyone else has had lymphoedema on the side of their body, called truncle lymphoedema.  Have been seeing a Lymphoedema Physio for massage, but not having much luck. 

I don't have it in my breast or arm, so a bit out of the ordinary.   Currently have a big long worm type of blockage with a lump at the end of it, about 10cm long, which is very tender.

Has anyone else experienced this? Not sure what to do, will it just go away? 

Any tips would be welcome,
