I have been to see my surgeon and I have mild lympheodema but fortunately will be able to go on our trip to Vanuatu. I am seeing a lympheodema nurse next week to help ...

Glad to hear things are going ok with the lympheodema. As far as Tamoxifen goes I have had weight gain too which has been gradual but I've tried to be strong and exercised as much as possible as well as cutting down on alcohol and portion sizes. Seems to have stablized. Your confidence will improve. Just having a haircut the other day did wonders for me! Made me feel semi normal again! Didn't think something so mundane could make me feel on top of the world. I walked out of the hairdresser proud of my grey hair and happy to leave it this way.
Hang in there dear lady and seek out advice from your nurse if you need. That's what they are there for. You will be fine I'm sure. The BC journey is life changing but sometimes for the better., I've found.
