Interesting. I wear my sleeve regularly, it's more a question of keeping my arm stable than fixing something if it starts. As I had lymphoedema before starting letrozole, I have no real comparisons. A good thing to discuss with my therapist, thanks. Not sure it would cause me to stop letrozole, but something perhaps to add to the list of undesirables against the (shorter!) list of the great unknown.
