hi all, just got my results from the lymph node clearance, had 21 out 20 had active cancer in them after chemo and 1 was clear not quite what we expected has anyone else had this result and how are you doing?? Little bit stressed about it.
Treatment team say next it's radiation for 6 weeks and next 5/10 years on hormone therapy other than that no other treatment to be had
Hi marlee, had 6 months of chemo, 4 3 weekly treatments of AC, then 12 weekly treatments of taxol, took a while to get to full diagnosis so that's y chemo first then lymph node removal, how are you going?
Did you have neo adjuvant therapy?
Often the nodes are removed before chemo so I guess then most would not know if the chemo would have made them clear?
What does your treatment team say?
