Have they considered asthma? Sometimes it's just a cough and particularly in the evening and also has somebody checked thyroid levels and felt your thyroid? Probably aready done but worth mentioning. An enlarged thyroid can cause a cough and swallowing difficulties and a hoarse voice. There are many different causes but not all show on blood tests.
