I can't tell you much but I do know that radiation can affect the throat if you had the superclav done. I was warned about this by the nurse and the registrar at the radiation clinic and also told that I could develop a cough afterwards and to let them know if I did. Also, I met a woman who had had radiation for bc years ago and she did not have a very strong voice - she said it was severely affected by her treatment (bear in mind that radiation was different back then).
