I am so sorry you have had to join us but what a wonderful group you are joining. Ladies here are quick to come to your rescue with answers to the most intimate of questions, day or night.
My personal answer is that if you can get your head around it go for mastectomy as that does give you the best way of beating the beast and added treatments may not be as severe.
