Lower back pain - TC chemo
Hi all
I have recently started cycle 1 TC chemo. I have started to get significant lower back pain. I have used Panadol, heat pack, massage but it is still sore. Hurts to bend over and in certain positions, like a throbbing pain. I will likely call the hospital today to speak to a nurse. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how was it addressed?

- SO sorry you are in such pain - definitely call the hospital & also send a message/email to your Onc or the Onc Nurses .... as they will be checking their emails thru the break ....

Sometimes a mix of Panadol and ibuprofen (taken about 4hrs apart - Panadol, then ibuprofen, the panadol etc) can provide more relief than just Panadol alone .... but please check with your health team first.
