Could be just the odd weather too. I got up the other morning feeling very hot. I looked at the thermometer and it said 22C so it was quite nice weather. After a while I was still very hot feeling and thought this has to be the longest hot flush in history so I took my temperature, twice! It was only 35C which is odd. Any way I was chatting to my 80yr old male neighbour and he said he was exactly the same that morning. He felt really hot but he didnt have a high temp either. We both seem ok now.
