LOTS HAPPENING

Well, yes it was oral thrush and after a course of lozenges that cleared up. THEN, to follow was a urinary tract infection 11 days after first chemo. Was on antiboitics for an ear infection when I had chemo so not sure if it was from them or the chemo. Didn't have a fever but my breast care nurse suggested if it didn't get any better to front up to ED as my white cell count was low. Blood and urine tests showed an infection (but no temp) so, in hospital overnight and pumped with anitbiotics. Home this morning - no more burning on passing urine. Just another little speed bump in this journey.....Hope its clear sailing til next chemo thursday next week.....Take gentle care ladies...Sandy        P.S.My hair has started its decline - coming out in little clumps. Don't feel too good about that!!!
