Hi @LMW I know the feeling you're talking about, the scalp becomes very sensitive especially when you start to lose your hair, mine was sore. I had my head shaved to like a No.1, but no I don't believe a shave to the skin would eradicate that pins feeling. It does settle down as the time goes and the more infusions you have and the loss of all your hair. Hugs Melinda xo
