I had a mastechtomy on the left side, but I hate the silicone (very expensive-but thanks medicare) prosthesis. It's heavy and only fits into the special $60+ bras that are uglier than my old materity bras. Is there any nice teardrop natural fibre prosthesis available out there that just fit into a normal B cup bra?
I hope you have all had luck with this. it worked for me i havnt bought a prothesis yet. everyone keeps telling me to but im quite happy with the inserts.
Good Luck Paulene - glad I'm not the only one who found the whole prothesis thing disappointing (and expensive). We just need to wear our normal bras and not feel so alienated by the whole thing! xx
This is great, I am going to try and find them. I got my prothesis and bras last week and hate the prothesis. It is so heavy and I was so disappointed as I thought when I got it I would be somewhere back to normal but I can't wear it. Hopefully theTear Dop inserts will be the answer.

Hi Kay, yes thats how i felt. I hated those bras that they give you looked like something out of the dark ages.
