Liposuction for reconstruction

Hello Elizabeth, sorry for he delay and I just lost all that I had typed, so shall start again. I had an appointment with a plastic surgeon, I have small A/B cup. After speak of the DIEP procedure, he suggested liposuction option, advised he has not done a full breast construction only filler/partial. Took photos and discussed it with medical panel. Next appointment he advised they can do it, it is 2-3 procedures, day surgery, bruised and swollen 4-6 weeks. I advised I want the best option, he suggested I do the conservative DIEP option. Hence, I'm putting this out there, to se if any women have insight or experience. I meet with the PS 4 feb. I'm still undecided. No BRAVA has been mentioned. My concerns after liposuction are there likely to be dents and gaps where they have taken the fat, is the breast going to be lumpy. Fat is fat, with the DIEP option, it is tissue that is being fused to another part of your body, so it's live tissue. Have you had any appoints with PS? Enjoy, chat again...

Hi Karen I am also considering options and was curious about the liposuction fat transfer options following mx as I did not think that was an option after the breast tissue was gone. Would really love your advice as I thought diep was the only way I could go as I had a left mx.... Much appreciated Elizebeth
