Lighter moments
Ladies I thought I should share some of my 'lighter moments' of this journey so far. I have always tried to see the lighter side at one stage or another - I remember for my lumpectomy as I lay opera...
Yes Tonya - one has to have a solid constitution! Interesting what you had to say about your daughter doing those scans - it really reiterated what I thought - he was an insensitive pig. I have had echo's before and was never that uncomfortable! I thought he was going to push my chest right through to the other side of the bed into the floor (hence my sincere grimmacing!). The we stayed in the cabin an extra night (probably just as well!) as we were both exhausted that day. As for the tests - any thing to do with hospitals - leave your dignity at the door! We don't get much of a choice do we. I have noted story in our little 'Diary of the Bald and Beautiful'. x x x Josie
