Thank you Karen. I am hoping the meds will work soon. I am on half a dose this week then on full dose from next week. I've read that 'Efexor" can litteraly half your menopausal hot flushes which will be a massive relief for me. I have been given sleeping tablets and last night had some more decent sleep than the nights before. I also did end up changing my mind on the counselling thing and have booked my first appointment. Sounds like you have been dealt a difficult hand too. Thank you for uplifting me with encouragment while you are fighting your own battle. I appreciate all the love so much. x
