I have just read your post and it has made me cry. I am not certain what to say to you that will help you. I just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you. You have been through so much. What you have written would certainly resonate with most of us. You are not going nuts. You need some decent sleep Ne. Without hot flushes or your mind going a million miles an hour.
