It's hard enough coping with your treatment - the loss of your much loved pets and your ex-friend in a childish huff are really piling it on. Just wanted to send you a big hug. We have nearly all had a friend or relative behave strangely - there is even a long post about it, where everyone told their story. Try to stay with positive people who build you up and press the delete button on the others. (I was initially tight too across the chest, but exercise has relieved it almost 100%.)
