This is the perfect place to let off some of that steam that has been building up inside of you. It's tough enough to deal with bc, but to have to deal with a loved ones illness at the same time is very traumatic. It's perfectly natural to feel the way that you're feeling. The councilling sounds like just what you need at the moment. It's great that you realise where you are at & that you need help. Like the others have said, don't try to do it all on your own. Take all the help you can get from friends & family. Stay strong, you'll get through this dark patch.
