Like so many treatments for bc, reactions vary wildly. I’m in my 6th year on letrozole and have had no aches, pains, flushes or anything of that sort. I do have vaginal dryness but that reaction may be compounded by age (at least now if not when it started). Oestrogen cream is helping. Give it a shot. If the side effects are too unpleasant, a change of prescription may help. You never know till you try. Best wishes.
