@Glynnis letrozole is my last one to try and Im going to switch from Aromasin to that as its a non steroidal medication, whereas Aromasin is grrrr! and honestly cannot keep up with the diet exercise that does not help with weight. I suffer muscle cramping and pains in my back both sides like muscle I guess. Stretching is one of the best things you can do to help alleviate that. I also take magnesium in water daily and that is meant to help combat that as well. x M
